What areas do you serve?

SAROM INspired is based out of Pearland, TX and serves the Greater Houston area.

How much time in advance do you need?

Book as soon as you have an event date! We ask at least 2 weeks in advance for balloon orders. Balloon columns, Grab & Go garlands and Giants for pick up can be made on shorter notice. Please note that we only take a limited amount of balloon orders each week so please reach out asap to secure your date in advance. A 50% retainer fee is needed to book and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Do you accept rush orders?

Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited to only the balloons we have in stock. Full payment is required for orders booked less than a week prior to the event and may be subject to a rush booking fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings can be rescheduled up to two weeks prior to the event and the retainer fee can be transffered to your future booking. Cancellations less than one week are not eligible to be transferred. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

Can I supply my own balloons?

No, we use the highest quality latex 100% bio-degradable balloons available to ensure quality and durability. 

Do you have an order minimum for installation?

Yes, a minimum of $200 before delivery and installation. Anything less can be made fully constructed and available for pickup.

Can I pick up my garland?

Yes, you can pick up in Pearland, TX. Please come with an SUV with seats down and nothing in the car. Installation hardware and instructions will be provided at pick up. Please store balloons indoors until your event. Do not leave balloons inside your vehicle. Instructions and hardware will be given at pickup for Grab & Go Garlands. Specialty carry bags are given for Giants to protect it while traveling in a vehicle. 

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available in Houston and the surrounding area. Please note delivery does not include any type of installation services. Onsite installations are based on the size of the install, labor and time. 

How long will my balloon garland last?

For indoor climate controlled environments- balloon garlands look best the first two weeks of install and I have seen many clients keep these up as long as a 2+ months. For outdoor installations, there are many factors such as high heat (over 85 degrees), direct sunlight, winds, rains, heavy storms, humans, thorny bushes, and other elements out of my control. For outdoor installations, it is best to setup in a shaded area and to keep away from direct sunlight. Outdoor installations last 1-14 days. SAROM INspired is not responsible for the balloons once we deliver and complete installation.

How long does installation take?

Installation time varies depending on the design and a minimum of an hour is needed. The majority of inflation is done prior to arrival so that we can maximize installation time.  

Do you do the setup and tear down the installations?

Setup is quoted in your customized package but tear down is the responsibility of the client. Tear down typically consists of cutting fishing line or zip ties, removal of command hooks, and popping balloons. If you would like me to come back to tear down, this can be arranged at an additional charge. Please inquire at the time you are placing your order. Rental items pick ups will be discussed as needed.

How do you hang your garlands?

Removeable 3M command hooks are used if there are no existing anchor points. Here is an INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO on how to properly remove them. Free-standing backdrop frames are available for rental for custom installations to eliminate attaching anything to a wall.
